Workshop Locations and Dates

We currently have no locations at this time due to waiting for current protocols for everyone's safety and concerns. We are not doing any group readings at this time, with the hope this can change in the near future.

If you would like to find out when we do a workshop in your area, please make sure to leave your email address. At this time we are doing workshops mostly in central and southern Minnesota. We hope to be available for group readings if you or an organization would like to feature our seminar or sponsor an event, as it continues to be safe to do so.

Our seminars are usually two hours in length. We do audience readings and we share experiences that teach as well as entertain. It's a great opportunity to experience HUMA Healing, to help with opening up your own gifts and assisting with healing the soul and more.  We connect with loved ones who want to share the message that they are always watching over you. It could include sharing a future event for you, talk about relationships, and move a ghost or two. It's always interesting to see what comes up.

Tickets are $30 at the door.  Must be 18 years or older.  May need to register at the various locations!

Listening To Self To Hear The Soul

This article that I wrote was featured in "The Soul of the Cities" Magazine online and would like to share it with you here.

When it comes to taking care of yourself, the first thought that might come to you is a day at the spa or a long walk in the woods. These types of activities certainly can soothe the body and relax the mind. When it comes to self-care, it involves more than a physical direction or action, it has a much deeper meaning.

Self-care involves keeping your energy level high. Not necessarily referring to the physical energy, but also the soul energy. The awareness that you feel absolutely drained or knowing that you are well balanced.

It's real easy for someone who is a natural care-giver to give their time and energy helping others. It can sometimes be more important to keep busy than to take the time for care for yourself. If you are a sensitive person, it may be even more difficult to find time for yourself when you are all too aware of how people feel. Sometimes it's an illness that has to stop you in your tracks before you give the same kind of care to yourself as you do to others. So to avoid that pattern, you must first learn to care for yourself so you have selfless energy to give away. It does not mean that you can't care for others, it means you have to first make sure you have given yourself time to hear what your inner soul needs.

Those who work with healing energy know that they spend most of their time on clients who are energetically drained and must help to increase the vibration of their energy field. And like the theory that you can heal yourself, you can also care for your own energy.

You get many opportunities in your daily life to learn how to become a strong and well-balanced individual. It is real important to take the time for your quietness and stillness. I am a very firm believer that the only way to increase energy is to meditate on a regular basis. The fist five minutes of the day is the best way to start. Then it is necessary to stay in the awareness of what your body and intuition lead you to do with your daily circumstances.

It's sometimes can be very difficult to say "no." But sometimes if you don't, it is you that pays the price. Instant energy draining right at that moment. Many times it is the demands of other people that cause us to feel worn out, along with unnecessary worry, taking on too much responsibility, and avoiding our own emotions. Some people feel that if they take care of only themselves that they may become selfish. No one necessarily gets along well with someone who thinks of only themselves. But selfishness and self-care are not the same thing. The key word here is "caring." How well do you care for another person if you haven't learned to care for the one person that you are constantly with, yourself. If you do a great job with that, you will have plenty of energy to help those you want to assist.

Obligation is a huge factor in a reason that we go against what we feel like we should be doing. Ask yourself why you feel obligated and then see if you are fist obligated to your own well-being. Guilt is the next emotion if you have to turn someone down and it drives you into going against your own convictions. Why feel guilty if you are doing what you feel is the best you can do at the time. And a very huge mistake is doing something because you want people to like you. Of course you do, so have you forgot about liking yourself, Need gratitude for all the sacrifices you do, What is it about yourself that you do not see when you feel this need.

Self-care really is all about self-love. If you learn to love yourself first, everything you do will have the energy of love in it. It all starts with you.
